What services do we offer?
Incorporation of an SE represents, both from the administrative point of view and from the point of view of time a very demanding process, which is moreover complicated by the statute of the company itself that limits the entities eligible to found it. Thus, de facto, an SE may come into existence only by a merger of at least two companies from the different EU states.
With regard to this fact we offer, within the framework of the SE, above all the possibility of purchase of an already incorporated ready-made SE, including ensuring complete service consisting in settling of all the elements connected with this transaction. In the same way as in the other cases of ready-made companies’ sale, of course, this as an SE with the registered capital paid up in full (EUR 120,000) that, in fact, carries out no business activity.
However, based upon the client’s requirement, we are able to incorporate also an SE according to his exact requirements in case of fulfilment of all the elements required by the law.
